A proud Omaha native, Neil brings over a decade of hands-on experience in real estate and a genuine passion for helping clients build wealth through Real Estate.

He started his career at 22 years old as a realtor, and by 25, he was a top producer in the market before finding his passion for finance. For the past 6 years, he has worked as a mortgage lender, rising through the ranks from Rookie of the Year to Branch Manager, and is now the Owner of Aspire Mortgage. He has done this while simultaneously building an active real estate investing company. This diverse background—spanning lending, investing, and his past experience as a Realtor gives him a unique perspective that he brings to every client interaction.

Having personally built and managed his own growing portfolio, Neil understands the challenges and opportunities that come with investment properties and non-traditional income scenarios. He brings the same creativity, problem-solving skills, and relentless persistence that have fueled his own success to every client.
